在很久以前,大地有一棵名为世界树的圣树,魔王札特为了得到世界树的力量.而不择手段,当时世界上的人民. 包括战士村的怪物.魔法森林的怪物,弓手村的怪物,以及后来因为战争而成了废弃都市的盗贼村.以及人类村的5条村的 人民奋勇作战,可惜,战斗途中,世界树选择了自毁重生,自毁后,把种子散步在世界各地,因为圣树世界树是这个世界的支柱.所以一旦毁灭掉的话就很麻烦,在战斗中途因为发生了意外,人类村的村民被其他村的村民误解,被排挤.说世界树的自毁是人类造成的,这只是故事的开端。 过了10年后...5条村分别由怪物和人类分开管理,因为种族的分歧,而不断修炼,祈求得到世界树种子的神秘力量统治枫之谷,札特军团死心不惜,也加入抢夺行列,主角阿鲁,是曾经参加保护世界树人类英雄的儿子,也因为他的心,也因为札特军团的各种手段,4条村终于和解了。
